Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission Guidelines:

1. The first page should mention title of the manuscript and author(s) details. The title of the manuscript should be bold-faced, centred and fully capitalised in a 12-point Times New Roman font style.
2. Author(s) details should contain name, designation, affiliation, address, mobile number and email address.
3. The Manuscript must be accompanied by a brief abstract. The abstract should elucidate in brief the background, objectives, methodology, findings and conclusion. Abstract including key words must not exceed 300 words.
4. An appropriate number of JEL codes should be provided.
5. The manuscript should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font style with a single space and single column with 1 inch margin on a standard A4 size portrait setting paper. The text should be fully justified. The manuscript should not exceed 5000 words.
6. The titles of the tables and figures must be bold, centred and above the respective tables and figures. Source(s) must be mentioned below the respective tables and figures.
7. The authors should list all references by following APA 7th Edition only. The reference cited in the text must also be written in the reference list and vice versa.
8. Before submitting the manuscript, author(s) should check the following list:
   1. The language of the manuscript is in English.
   2. The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted to be published elsewhere.
   3. The submission of the manuscript is in Microsoft Word file.
   4. Author(s) of the manuscript should strictly check Plagiarism.

Declaration and Copyright form
Upon intimation of acceptance of manuscript for publication, the author (s) of the concerned manuscript will have to submit a Declaration and Copyright Form(Download Form).

Review process
Manuscripts are subjected to a double-blinded review process. The decision of the Internal Editorial Board is final regarding publication of articles.

Plagiarism
All the manuscripts are checked for plagiarism by appropriate software before publication in the journal. Manuscripts following similarity score below 10% are considered acceptable, with suggestions for minor revisions, if necessary.

Article processing charges
No publication fee is charged to authors.
